When will I receive my payout?
Payouts go to your Trolley account, then to the payout method you chose there.
Standard licenses
Your payout is queued when the buyer pays. Trolley sends it about 10 days later.
Custom deals
Your payout is queued when the brand accepts your files, or automatically 7 days after you deliver. Trolley sends it about 10 days later. For a deal with no changes to the pattern, the payout is queued when the brand pays.
Check your payout account
- Go to Settings → Licensing → Seller Account.
- Click Manage Payment Account on Trolley.
