When do I get paid for a custom deal?

Patterned holds the brand's payment until the deal is done.

1. The brand accepts your files — or 7 days pass after delivery with no answer.
2. Your payout is queued.
3. Trolley sends it about 10 days later to your payout method.

So you are paid about 10 days after the brand accepts. If the brand does not answer, that is about 17 days after you deliver.

For a deal with no changes (the pattern as it is), your payout is queued when the brand pays.

You never pay card-processing fees — Patterned covers them. Your Trolley payout method may charge its own fee.
