What are the available license types and terms?

There are three standard license types:

• Personal – non-exclusive, not for products for sale.
• Commercial – non-exclusive, for products for sale in any industry.
• Exclusive – unlimited usage rights. No one else can license the pattern.

Terms are 1, 2 or 3 years, or Unlimited. The artist chooses which types and terms to offer.

No production caps: Commercial and Exclusive licenses have no unit limits. Many other platforms cap production at a number such as 500 units.

After an Exclusive license is bought, the pattern is taken off the market for the term — no one else can license it. The artwork stays in the artist's portfolio.
