Can I license patterns so they can only be used in a specific industry?

Standard licenses: no. A Commercial or Exclusive license can be used in any industry, within the license rules.

Custom deals: yes. The brand chooses the industries and products, the countries and the exclusivity in its request. Your offer confirms them, and they go into the agreement.
