What happens if a brand cancels?

Before the brand pays: either side can leave. Nothing is charged and nothing is paid.

After the brand pays, before your final files: 30% of the price stays with the deal. Your share of that 30% (after Patterned's fee) is queued for payout, and Trolley sends it about 10 days later. The brand gets the other 70% back.

Example: on a $100 deal, 30% is $30. A Pro artist receives $22.50. A free artist receives $19.50.

After your final files are delivered: the brand cannot cancel. The full price stays with the deal.
