How is the price of a custom license set?

The artist sets the price. You describe what you need, and the artist answers with one offer and one price.

• Patterned does not suggest prices.
• The price in the offer is the price you pay. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
• For an adapted pattern, the offer shows the license and the adaptation work separately.
• For a commission, the offer shows one design fee. It includes the license.

You can ask the artist questions in the thread before you accept. Nothing is charged until you pay.
