Is a conversation started with me when a buyer views licensing info for one of my designs?

A conversation between a buyer and an artist is easily accessible anytime using the "Message Artist" button shown above.  

A conversation is immediately initiated under these conditions:

1. If the "I need a custom alteration" option is chosen.
2. If the desired license type and term require artist approval.
3. After the buyer purchases the license and returns to the Patterned site after finishing checkout.
