What image size and resolution should I use to upload?

As our system will automatically optimize images that are uploaded, we recommend starting with a high-resolution image, with the smallest edge of at least 1600px, at 72 dpi.

Our recommended specifications are show on the upload page too for reference!

Note: there is a 10mb limit on uploads.
