Can I make patterns private?

Yes, you sure can! There are visibility options in the upload and pattern edit screens to show the pattern "everywhere", or "only in my vault and collections". You can choose the "only in my vault and collections" option and then only you will be able to see it in your vault.

If you do choose this option, you can still show a "private" pattern in one of your collections!
