What if an artist doesn't want or need the invite code I send them?
When you use the "Send" feature to send a code via email to an artist, that email you send it to is simply just the latest email address that code has gone out to. It's not the only email address it can go to. Read on...
What should I do if a code isn't being used?
Let's say time goes by and that artist email you sent a code to still shows up as "Not Claimed". What should you do? In this case, you are free to resend the code out again! Just click the "Send" button again, enter a new email address, and that new email address will override the one previously there.
What should I do if there is a conflict or mix-up with artists accepting codes I send them?
Whenever you use the "Send" feature to send out a code, the latest email you send it to will be tracked as the "Invited User". Let's say you send out a code to a new artist, assuming the previous artist wasn't interested, or said they didn't need it. The original recipient will still have the code and can still have access to it, but so will your new recipient. If the original recipient does in fact use it, you or they can get in touch via a support ticket, and send us that code. We can issue a new code, or you could too! 🙂
Overall, we're here to support you so don't hestiate to get in touch!
