Can I cancel a custom deal?

Yes. What happens depends on whether you have paid.

Before you pay: you can leave at any point. Nothing is charged.

After you pay, before the final files arrive: open the ⋯ menu and tap Cancel this deal…. 30% of the price stays with the deal. You get 70% of what you paid back on your card in 5–10 days.

Example: the price was $100 and you paid $108 with tax. If you cancel, you get $75.60 back.

After the final files are delivered: the full price stays with the deal.
