How do you protect the platform from AI?

We understand the struggles that artists face with AI-generated art growing and infecting many popular pattern design sites, portfolio platforms and print-on-demand services. Our goal is to help pattern designers specifically find and have a safe place to showcase their work, free from AI. 

We're not anti-AI, but are are #ProArtist.

AI is not going anywhere, and it's only going to be a part of our daily lives more and more. However, in the Patterned platform, we value real pattern designs created by real artists.

How do you check for AI?

We have systems in place to randomly check artwork uploaded to our platform for AI. We review submitted artwork and continually monitor content in our site to ensure it's free of AI.

What happens if AI is detected?

If our system detects your pattern design likely was created using AI, it will be flagged and the artist will be notified. If not remedied, or further abuse is detected, as stated in our Terms of Service, the artist's account will be subject to suspension. Furthermore, any artist that referred the account in question will be subject to review.
